Diving and snorkeling in Guadeloupe

Posted 1 year ago by avatar bekky in response to avatar buggy's question: How can I have some fun in Guadeloupe? (give a different answer) .

Ever tried diving? You could choose one of the companies situated along the Leeward coast, Basse-Terre and on Grande-Terre, and find a dive site on your taste. If you are a snorkeler, you must go to Ilet du Gosier, which can be reached by boat from Gosier on Grande-Terre.
Nautilus (97 Rte. de la Glacière, Bouillante; 590/988-908), a glass-bottom boat, conducts dives in an underwater reserve that Cousteau considered one of the best in the world. Departure is from Malendure beach, south of Mahaut 1030, 1200, 1430 and 1600. The price is 11.50$ for adults, and half for children from 5 to 12 years old.
I believe this is something you will not forget, at least not so easy.
